In the 21th century, the force from the conflict between ‘Knowledge’ and ‘Value’ will be the dominant in China's future education. Education process is such a process in which the cognitive development and moral development of all the participants interact together. The fundamental issue which Economics of Educatoin explores is to spend minimum costs, but to realize the maximum congnitive and moral development of every participant in education.
