摘要
研究了不同含量的玻璃加入到细晶 Ba Ti O3及多层陶瓷电容器 (简称 ML C)资料系统中 ,其介电性能的变化 .结果表明 ,加入适量的玻璃能显著地降低烧结温度 ,系统的介电系数随温度变化平坦 ,改善了系统的热稳定性 .然而 ,过量的玻璃将会引起瓷料系统损耗的增加 ,绝缘电阻的减小 .玻璃成分含量不同的瓷料组分的研究表明 ,加入玻璃的量应控制在质量分数 5 .0 %左右 ,这样既能有效的降低系统的烧结温度 ,同时又可以使瓷料系统保持相对较高的介电常数 ,从而得到最佳的介电性能 .
This paper presents a modifying method of BaTiO 3-based ceramic system whose average grain size is near to 1.0 micrometer.When mingled with different amounts of glass,the dielectric properties of the system will change accordingly.Adding a proper amount of glass to the system can obviously lower the sintering temperature and get high-stable properties and the dielectric constant of the system will tend to be steady.But excessive glass ingredient can lead to increasing the dielectric loss and lowering the resistivity of the system.So adding proper amount of glass(about 5.0 %)to the ceramic system can lower the sintering temperature as well as the dielectric constant.
