从“硅谷现象”看我国大学在高新技术产业化中的角色定位

The positioning of China's universities in high\|tech industrialization from Silicon Valley phenomenon

硅谷是依托斯坦福大学建立起科技工业园的成功典范。尽管斯坦福大学在硅谷的形成过程中起着相当重要的作用 ,但斯坦福大学本身并没有以任何实体的形式直接参与企业的经营与运转。相对于斯坦福大学与硅谷的关系来说 ,我国大学在高新技术产业化中所担负的现实角色则是繁重的。它承担了科技成果从研制、开发到高校自主创办高新技术产业乃至产业化全过程的任务。本文通过分析斯坦福大学在硅谷高新技术产业化中所扮演的角色来揭示大学与高新技术产业化两者之间的关系 ,并对比我国大学发展高新技术产业的一些具体做法 。

Silicon Valley is a successful model of establishing industrial park supported by Stanford University. Although Stanford University played a very important role in the formation of the Silicon Valley, the University itself did not by any means participate in the management and operation of the enterprises. Opposite to the relationship between Stanford University and the Silicon Valley, China's universities have taken an onerous role in the high\|tech industrialization. They undertake all the tasks ranging from researching and developing technical products to establishing enterprises and realizing the industrialization. This article reveals the relationship between universities and high\|tech industrialization by analyzing the role of Stanford University in Silicon Valley industrialization. It also demonstrates that what kind of role China's universities should play in the high\|tech industrialization by making comparison to different ways China's universities adopted in their development of high\|tech industrialization.
