摘要
调查测算了工业废水COD和氨氮削减成本并进行了分析。总成本中折旧费和日常运行费各占35%和65%;COD和氨氮削减成本为1 287元/t^29 035元/t和2 433元/t^46 560元/t,加权均值为4 936元/t和17 755元/t,二者之比为3.60∶1,90%置信区间为(4 647,8 514)和(13 989,24 617);70%和63.2%的企业以6 837元/t和20 083元/t以内的成本削减了73.7%的COD和42.1%的氨氮。不同企业和行业COD和氨氮削减成本差异明显,以概率分布确定综合成本用于排污权交易定价可能更合理。
In this paper, survey campaign of industrial wastewater treatment was carried out , based on which elimination costs of COD and ammonium were obtained.The results showed that the total cost is composed of 35%depreciation of capital as-sert and 65% daily running cost.The elimination costs of industrial COD and ammonium are 1 287 to 29 035 yuan/t and 2 433 to 46 560 yuan/t with weighted averages of 4 936 and 17 755 yuan/t, and ratio of 3.60:1.Confidence intervals of the elimina-tion costs of COD and ammonium under 90%confidence level are(4 6478, 514 ) and(13 989,24 617).70%and 63.2%of the investigated enterprises treated 73.7% COD and 42.1% ammonium with the costs below 6 837 yuan/t and 20 083 yuan/t.It might be reasonable to determine the emission trade price based on the social average elimination costs derived by probability method and costs survey due to the obvious difference among enterprises and industries.
