摘要
文章综述了工程运用条件和运用过程,并与2003年口门行洪方式作比照,进行综合效益评价。评价了水利工程的抗洪、经济、社会和环境效益。
This paper reviews engineering application conditions and application, and for comparison with the 2003 opening of flood discharge mode, comprehensive benefit evaluation of water conservancy project is given, such as flood control, economic, social and environmental benefits
