腹腔镜下溃疡穿孔修补术治疗溃疡性胃穿孔的疗效及安全性研究

Efficacy and Safety Study on Laparoscopic Repair for Ulcerative Gastric Perforation

目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助下溃疡穿孔修补术治疗溃疡性胃穿孔的应用价值。方法:将2009年9月-2013年9月笔者所在医院收治的62例溃疡性胃穿孔患者按不同治疗术式分为试验组30例(行腹腔镜修补术)和对照组32例(行开腹修补术),对两组术中及术后情况进行综合比较。结果:试验组患者术中出血量、术后排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜辅助下溃疡穿孔修补术具有创伤小、恢复快及并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the application of laparoscopic repair in treating ulcerative gastric perforation.Method：62 cases patients with ulcerative gastric perforation admitted to author’s hospital from September 2009 to September 2013 were divided into experimental group（30 cases,given laparoscopic repair）and control group（32 cases,given laparotomy repair）,the intraoperative and postoperative conditions of two groups were compared. Result：The blood loss,exhaust time,hospital stay time of experimental group were less than that of control group（P＆lt;0.05）,there were significant differences in incidence of complications between two groups（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic repair in the treatment of ulcerative gastric perforation has many advantages such as less trauma,quick recovery,and less complications,which is worthy of clinical widely.
