两种不同药物治疗复发性口腔阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效观察

Clinical Application of Two Kinds of Drugs in the Treatment of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

目的:观察壳聚糖抗菌膜喷剂和碘甘油治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法:将2012年1-12月笔者所在科门诊确诊为复发性口腔溃疡的86例患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组43例给予壳聚糖抗菌膜喷于溃疡表面;对照组43例给予碘甘油涂抹溃疡表面。根据中华医学会口腔黏膜病专业委员会公布的标准,评价治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率91.90%,对照组总有效率70.00%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组平均病程(4.0±0.6)d,对照组平均病程(6.0±0.8)d。两组患者平均病程比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:壳聚糖抗菌膜喷剂治疗复发性口腔阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效优于碘甘油的疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of chitosan oral ulcer spray and iodine glycerin in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU）. Method：86 cases suffered with RAU were randomly divided into two groups.The test group was treated with chitosan oral ulcer spray,while the control group was given iodine glycerin.To evaluate the efficacy according to a specialized evaluate standard.Result：The total effective rate was 91.90%in the test group,control group was 70.00%,the test group was more effective than that of the control group（P＆lt;0.01）.The disease course of test group was （4.0＆#177;0.6）d,the control group was （6.0＆#177;0.8）d,the disease course of test group was shorter than that of the control group（P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion：The efficacy of chitosan oral ulcer spray in treatment of RAU is superior to iodine glycerin.
