摘要
目的:探究奥美拉唑治疗小儿慢性胃炎并消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年10月-2012年1月笔者所在医院收治的60例小儿慢性胃炎并消化性溃疡患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予思密达治疗,研究组给予奥美拉唑治疗,均治疗3周,治疗结束后对两组的临床疗效及消化道黏膜的恢复状况进行观察对比。结果:治疗后两组症状均得到缓解。研究组总有效率90.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在疼痛缓解时间上无明显差异,但研究组Hp清除率94.6%,明显高于对照组的83.2%,且研究组症状消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组不良反应的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于小儿慢性胃炎并消化性溃疡患者使用奥美拉唑治疗效果更为理想,能够显著改善症状,减轻疼痛,促进溃疡愈合,有效杀灭幽门螺杆菌,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore the omeprazole treatment the clinical curative effect of children chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. Method：Selection from October 2009 to January 2012 of 60 patients admitted in the author＆#39;s hospital pediatric patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer,by using the method to random number table is divided into research group and the control group,30 cases each. The control group given secret of treatment,the team give omeprazole treatment,treatment for 3 weeks,after the treatment on two groups of clinical curative effect and recovery of gastrointestinal mucosa were observed.Result：Two groups of symptoms were alleviated after treatment. 90.0%of the group are significantly higher than the control group total effective rate 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）;No obvious difference was found between two groups in pain relief time,but the team Hp clearance rate 94.6%to 83.2%, significantly higher than in the control group and the team symptoms disappear time significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）;But the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions compared differences no statistical significance （P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion：For pediatric chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer cases of omeprazole has more ideal treatment effect,can significantly improve symptoms and relieve pain,promote ulcer healing, kill helicobacter pylori,effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
