摘要
目的:探讨精原细胞瘤的围术期护理方法。方法:选取2008年1月-2013年6月笔者所在医院收治的15例精原细胞瘤患者,予根治性切除术后行放疗或化疗的综合治疗措施,加强心理护理、基础生命指标监测、术后并发症的观察与护理、术后放化疗护理、出院指导等护理措施。结果:15例患者全部顺利完成手术,病愈出院。患者住院满意度93.33%。结论:对精原细胞瘤患者实施综合围术期护理,是手术成功和患者康复的有力保障。
Objective：Explore the seminoma of perioperative nursing method.Method：Selection from January 2008 to June 2013,the author’s hospital treated 15 cases of patients with seminoma,to radiotherapy or chemotherapy after radical resection of comprehensive treatment measures,strengthen the psychological nursing,basic life indicators monitoring,the postoperative complications of observation and nursing,postoperative rehabilitation nursing measures such as nursing,and discharge guidance.Result：15 patients were all successfully completed surgery,the hospital recovering. Hospitalized patients with 93.33%satisfaction.Conclusion：Comprehensive perioperative nursing care is a powerful guarantee for a successful surgery and rehabilitation for patients with seminoma.
