妇产科护理中感染问题的分析和探讨

Analysis and Discussion of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Infection Problem

目的:对妇产科护理中感染问题进行深入的探讨。方法:对笔者所在医院妇产科住院治疗945例患者进行调查分析。结果:妇科、产科感染率分别是4.5%和3.8%;妇科、产科感染患者平均住院时间均长于未发生感染患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科患者感染问题比较复杂,需要通过加强护理工作人员的培训,从而降低护理过程中感染率,使患者尽快康复。

Objective：To discuss the infection problem of obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Method：945 patients were surveyed and analyzed in our hospital.Result：The infection rates of obstetrics and gynecology were 4.5%and 3.8%;Hospitalization time of obstetrics infection patients was longer than non infected patients（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Obstetrics infection problem in patients is a complex issue,we need to strengthen the nursing staff training,so as to reduce the rate of infection during the nursing process,and make patients recover as soon as possible.
