摘要
目的建立适用于国内医疗机构的药品编码体系。方法分析国内与国际的药品编码技术,提供优化药品编码的方案。结果总结了药品编码系统的发展动向,比较分析各类药品编码的特点,发现解剖学、治疗学、化学分类代码系统(ATC)最优。结论建议国内医疗机构采用解剖学、治疗学、化学分类代码系统,有益于跨区域的药物利用研究合作,为建立药品管理信息系统带来便利。
OBJECTIVE To build the drug coding system which was applicable to all the domestic medical institutions. METHODS The international and domestic drug coding was analyzed and the optimal schemes of drug coding was provided. RE- SULTS The development status of drug coding mechanism is summed up, all types of drug coding are summarized with an analysis and comparison of their advantage and disadvantage. The anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System （ATC） is much better than the others. CONCLUSION ATC will benefit the drug utilization research across the region and will bring advantages for build- ing the pharmaceutical management information system. It is suggested the domestic medical institutions use the ATC.
