摘要
针对锂离子动力电池,研究其在不同环境温度(-30、20和40℃)条件下的过充和过放试验。结果表明:在20和40℃环境温度下,过充均使电池壳体发生了膨胀,外壳鼓起,而且环境温度越高,电池过充试验越危险,即电池达到的最高温度越高,达到最高温度所需时间越短。与电池过充相比,在-30、20和40℃环境温度下,锂离子电池放电达到的最高温度相对较低,并且电池外壳基本没有变形。
The overcharge and over-discharge of power Li-ion battery under different ambient temperatures(--30, 20 and 40 ℃) were investigated. The results show that the battery is bulged clearly after overcharge test under 20 and 40 ℃ ambient temperatures, and the higher the environment temperature is, the worse the battery thermal stability is, namely the higher temperature is reaching, the time using by the battery reaching the higher temperature is shorter. Compare to overcharge test of power U-ion battery, the maximum temperature was low in over-discharge test under --30, 20 and 40 ℃ ambient temperatures, and the battery was normal.
