锂离子电池极组仿真模型

摘要 利用有限元的原理将锂离子极片进行极组卷绕仿真,从而得到极组直径,极耳位置,正负极片相对位置关系等极组信息。此模型可用于锂离子电池的机械结构设计,也可用于锂电池极组公差设计,并作为锂离子电池模型研究的基础结构骨架。 Emulation model for lithium battery J/R (jelly roll) winding was set up by using finite element method. The information of J/R diameter, Tab position, relation ship between cathode and anode position, and so on were got. This emulation model could be used in lithium battery mechanical structure design, J/R tolerance design, and was the foundation framework structure for lithium battery emulation.
