质子交换膜燃料电池电堆低温起动的仿真研究

摘要 在假定条件下,将每片单电池分成10层,每层看成一个集总参数,在Matlab/Simulink软件搭建由20片单电池及端板组成的瞬态分层集总参数电堆水热管理模型。在-20℃的环境温度下,当电堆的温度保温到0℃时,起动燃料电池电堆,加载标准低温起动工况进行仿真研究,并对单电池输出电压、电堆电池各层不同时刻温度和质子交换膜内水的迁移量随时间的变化进行分析。 On the assumed condition, a single cell was divided into ten layers. Each layer was regarded as a lumped parameter. A layered and lumped model of the stack, which includes 20 single cells, was built by applying Matlab/Simulink software. At ambient temperature of --20 ℃, when the stack temperature kept warm to 0 ℃, the simulate research was started by starting-up the fuel cell stack and loading cold-start standard condition, the ouput voltage of single cell, the different time temperature of each layer cell and water transport time-variation in proton exchange membrane were analyzed.
