摘要
介绍了能够实现空间太阳电池组件自动焊接的焊接机器人系统。该系统由直角坐标机构、控制系统、视觉系统及焊接系统组成。详细介绍了机器人的构成原理,实验证明了该机器人进行太阳电池焊接操作的准确性和质量可靠性,能够克服手动焊接作业的缺点。
A novel robot, applied to the process of the automatic welding system, was proposed.The main architecture of the robot was consisted of the slider mechanism, the control system, the vision system and the welding system. The system construction was presented. The validity and reliability were confirmed by experiments. The flaws created by manual process was overcome by the robot.
