摘要
以氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,以氯化镍为前驱体采用反复浸渍法合成了氢氧化镍。X射线衍射(XRD)证明制备的材料为纯相α-Ni(OH)2,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)显示了Ni(OH)2呈现出鱼鳞状的絮状。电化学性能测试表明在电流为10 mA时,起始比电容为1 000 F/g,随着循环次数的增加,比电容减小;200多次后稳定于950 F/g(为初始容量的95%)。
With NaOH as precipitation agent and NiCI2 as raw material, Ni(OH)2 particles were synthetized by repeated immersion method. X-ray diffraction(XRD) shows that the material is α-Ni(OH)2; scanning electron microscope(SEM) shows the Ni (OH)2 particles are presented like a wave-like shape. The test of electrochemical performance shows that the high capacitance is 1 000 F/g at the current of 10 mA. With the increase of cycling times, the specific capacitance was decreased; after 200 times it can be retained at 950 F/g (95% of the initial capacitance).
