单周控制单相VIENNA整流器小信号建模与环路设计 被引量:2

摘要 分析了一种新型通用的单周期控制技术(OCC)在一种用于功率因数校正领域的新型单相三相三开关三电平(VIENNA)整流器中的应用。对基于单周期控制的单相VIENNA整流器进行小信号建模分析,参考峰值电流控制模式,将单周期控制电流环与主电路功率级合并为新功率级,并对此新功率级使用电压补偿环进行校正,设计合理补偿环校正参数,最后用Matlab仿真验证了其正确性。 small-signal model and compensation network of OCC-Single-phase VIENNA Rectifier, which an application field of OCC technique,were presented.The small-signal model was built in reference to Peak-Current- mode Control. By the method of amalgamating the OCC current loop and the power stage into a single new one, thus a voltage compensation network could be used as a corrective loop. A parameter design of the compensation circuit was performed. A simulation model was built in Matlab. The simulation results show that the validity of theoretical analysis and control algorithm are validated.
