摘要
针对传统直流变换器在硬开关下的开关损耗大及整流二极管电流电压应力、反向恢复等问题,提出了一种采用倍流整流方式的串并联谐振DC/DC变换器。在低压大电流应用场合下,该拓扑可以提高变换效率,简化变压器及滤波电感的设计。论述了变换器主电路的工作过程,在基波近似的基础上进行变换器的交流稳态分析,最后得出仿真及实验结果。
The problems of large switching losses, voltage or current stress and reverse recovery of rectification diodes when the traditional switching converters operate in hard switching state were considered. A DC/DC converter based on series-parallel resonant with current doubler rectifier was proposed. On low voltage and large current output applications, efficiency of the converter was improved and the design of transformer and filtering inductance was simplified. The working process of the main circuit was demonstrated in detail. By using fundamental harmonic approximation, the AC steady-state analysis of this converter was carried out. Finally the simulation and experimental results were obtained.
