摘要
基于理论分析,并结合我国土地管理制度背景,建立了城市土地资源稀缺度的计量模型,在此基础上从多个角度对我国各地区城市土地资源稀缺度与区域经济增长之间的关系进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,我国城市土地资源稀缺度整体上具有明显的空间差异性,并且在1999-2009年间随时间推移呈现出明显的空间转移规律。从库兹涅茨曲线分析来看,1999-2009年间全国城市土地资源稀缺度与经济增长呈现负相关的关系,曲线基本处于"倒U型"曲线的左侧,尚未出现拐点;从时间序列分析来看,相对来说,经济发展速度较快的地区城市土地资源稀缺度与经济增长关系曲线更符合库兹涅茨曲线;从截面数据分析来看,历年各地区城市土地资源稀缺度与经济指标间的拟合关系基本符合库兹涅茨曲线。
Based on the theoretical analysis and com- bined with the land management system background in China, this essay firstly establishes the measurement model of scarcity degree of urban land resources. The results indicated that the scarcity degree of urban land resources in each region of China in 1999 - 2009 has obvious different spatial distribution, and displays obvious. In view of the Kuznets curve analysis, the whole country of scarcity degree of urban land resources and economic growth in 1999 - 2009 exist a negative correlation relationship, and the curve is basically in the left side of the inverted ＂U - shaped＂ curve, which has not yet appeared inflexion point. From the perspective of time series analysis, relatively speaking, the region of faster economic development speed where the scarcity degree of urban land resources and economic growth curve is more in line with the Kuznets curve. With cross -section data analysis, the fitting relationship between scarcity degree of urban land resources and economic growth is in line with Kuznets curve.
