摘要
目的探讨产后出血病人的心理问题及产生原因,采取有效应对措施,确保产妇的生命安全。方法严密观察产后出血病人的心理变化,结合实际工作,制定相应的应对措施。结果产后出血病人的心理问题主要表现为焦虑和恐慌、抑郁、无助感、自暴自弃等方面。结论及时了解产后出血病人的心理反应和需要,有针对性进行护理干预,确保患者保持最佳的心理状态,保障产妇的身心健康。
Objective To investigate the psychological problems of patients with postpartum hemorrhage and its causes and thus respond effectively to ensure the safety of mothers. Method Closely observing the psychological changes of postpartum hemorrhage patients and developing appropriate responses according to actual situation. Result The psychological problems of postpartum hemorrhage patients showed mainly as anxiety, panic, depression, helplessness and low self-esteem. Conclusion The psychological reaction and need of postpartum hemorrhage patients should be timely learnt so as to take specific nursing interventions; keep patients＂ optimal mental state and protect mothers＂ health.
