摘要
针对永川煤矿井下特定的高温硐室(水泵房、绞车房和变电所)内的热环境进行了实地测量。根据测定温度、湿度和风量结果分析其高温热害程度。采用黑箱法计算硐室热源散热量,同时采用新风处理法计算了全部新风和半新风处理状态下硐室降温所需冷负荷。最后,在分析硐室高温热害特点的基础上提出采用地面用空调防隔爆处理后进行硐室降温,可以丰富和完善我国矿井降温装备体系。
Aiming at the specific heat environment of thermal chamber ( pump house, winch room and substations) under Yongchuan Coal Mine, it conducted the field measurements. According to the measured temperature, humidity and air flow results, it analyzed its degree of heat injury. It used black - box method to calculate dissipation capacity of chamber heat. By using the new air handling method, it calculated the required cooling load of each chamber under the condition of all new air and half new air handling. Finally, on the basis of the characteristics analysis of chamber heat injury, it proposed the chamber cooling method of the common air condition- ing after explosion - proof processing, which could enrich and improve our mine cooling equipment system.
