摘要
煤矿安全培训是保证煤矿企业安全生产的基础,目前我国煤矿安全培训中存在师资力量薄弱、培训内容的针对性较差、培训投入不足、教学模式单一、培训理论研究缺乏、培训效果评估不够完善等问题。在分析目前我国煤矿安全培训中所存在问题的基础上,阐述了现代培训理念的内涵以及现代培训流程的组织实施过程,并根据河南理工大学安全技术培训中心应用实例提出了建立现代煤矿安全培训理念,从培训需求分析、培训内容设计、培训组织与实施、培训效果评估4个环节出发,全面提高煤矿安全培训质量。
Mine safety training is the basis for the safety production of coal mine. However, plenty of issaes still exist in safety training of mine in china, for example, weak teacher strength, poor targeted training, insufficient safety devotion, monotonous teaching style, lacking of training theory and inadequate evaluation of the training efteetiveness. So, aiming at these issues, the article introduced the modern training concept and training process. And then, the modem training concept of mine safety training was proposed to improve its quality based on the safety teehxnolog'y training center in Henan Polytechnic University. The modern training concept enncludes train- ing concept, requirement analysis, contents design and organization.
