摘要
本文从剖析我国国有土地资产的流失形式出发，分别从土地资产理论、产权制度、管理体制、市场以及法律法规等方面对我国国有土地资产流失的机理进行了深入的阐述，并进一步提出了相应的治理对策。
Based on discussing the drain formality of the state－ owned land assets, this paper studied the mechanism of state－ owned land assets loss from land capitalization theory, land property rights,management system, market to law and regulation and so on. Then, the control measures on the state－ owned land assets loss were put forward.
