摘要
以铜、银、锡、锌、磷等为原料,采用热压快速烧结工艺制备铜基金刚石工具。研究磷对铜基结合剂抗弯强度、洛氏硬度和冲击韧性的影响;采用X衍射、扫描电镜分析结合剂的组织结构及其对金刚石的包镶能力。结果表明:磷能促进铜基结合剂的烧结,降低烧结温度,样品在400-460℃即可达到完全烧结;当烧结温度为420℃、磷含量(质量分数)为6%时,结合剂洛氏硬度达到90.4HRB,抗弯强度达到966.04MPa,综合性能最佳;加入金刚石粒度为30/35,浓度为100%时,其抗弯强度达到425.70MPa。
Influence of phosphorus on the property of copper-based matrix was investigated. Hot pressing quick sintering was used to prepare copper matrix diamond tools with copper, silver, tin, zinc, phosphorus etc. The mechanical properties of the matrix were detected by series of experiments such as the bending strength, hardness and impact strength. Then its structure and the bonding strength between the matrix and diamonds were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that phosphorus could promote sintering of copper base alloy, reduce sintering temperature and finish the sintering in 400-460 ℃. When hot pressed sintering temperature was 420 ℃and the phosphorus was 6% (mass fraction), the matrix had the best integrated performance, the hardness was 90.4HRB, bending strength reached a maximum 966.04 MPa. When the concentration of the diamond was 100% and diamond grit size was 30/35, the bending strength of the abrasive specimen could reach 425.70 MPa.
