In the past decade, there is an M＆ A tide in the international banking. This tide has make great impacts on the global financial structure. Compared with the former M＆ A, this tide has some new features and has inflected the future of the international banking. Therefore, a deep research into this phenomenon can offer valuable basis for the construction of our finance industry. This paper discusses the causes, features and the influences of the M＆ A tide, and gives some advice.
