摘要
本文分析了企业集团跨国 R＆ D战略联盟的特征和总体趋势，提出了战略联盟的四大成因和四种实现途径，研究了政府应采取的相关政策建议，对我国企业参与国际技术竞争提供了一定的参考依据。
： This paper analyses the characteristics and general trends of international R＆ D strategic coalition of group enterprises. Based on that, this paper suggests the four reasons of forming the strategic coalition, four ways of realizing the strategic coalition, and also proposed the relative policies the government might take. It is aimed to provide references for china's enterprises to take part in international technology com petition.
