摘要
在"世界无政府状态"下,大国关系的管理是当前全球治理的关键,以中美为代表的新型大国关系的建立势必影响既有的在美国霸权主义主导下形成的全球治理体系。这种深刻的影响具体体现在全球治理领导、治理规范和治理结构三个方面,最终形成适应新型大国关系的全球治理模式。
The core of the current global governance is the management of power relations in a state of anarchy in the modem world. The establishment of a new power relation between China and America is bound to affect the existing global governance system set up by American hegemonism. The paper argues that the profound effect is embodied in the three aspects of global governance leadership, rule, and structure, which will eventually shape the global governance mode which is suitable for the new power relation.
