摘要
采用光电及微机技术实现无损坏、非接触、快速自动测量石英管外经及壁厚,是基于表征此几何量的光学信息,本文论述了取得石英管几何量光学信息的原理、实验及可达到的理论测量精度。
Applying the techniques of photoelectricity and microcomputer, the external diameter and thickness of quartz tube can be measured rapidly and automatically without destruction and contact, based on the optical information expressing these geometrical quantities.
The optical principle and txperiment to get the optical information of geometrical quantities of quartz tube, as well as the theoretical measurement accuracy that can be reached, are shown.
