全球化时代日本体育用品业的转型发展 被引量:3

Research on the Transformational Development of Sporting Goods Industries in Japan in the Era of Globalization

摘要 日本体育用品业的转型发展值得作重点研究。从国外研究成果述评的角度展开讨论,考察文化模式在日本体育用品业全球化转型中的作用,进一步分析全球化时代日本体育用品业转型发展的要素创新问题,主要体现在:适应后工业环境的变化,重视营销和品牌,日本传统价值观的影响,生产和分销的全球化,按资排辈体系的转变,家族式管理的转型发展,企业社会责任的实践等方面。研究结果认为:日本体育用品业在全球化转型的过程中,较好地保留了日本的传统价值观,管理要素的创新集中反映了日本的国家文化和社会价值观,积极传播了"爱世克斯主义"和"美津浓主义"的文化精神,这也为中国体育用品业的发展提供一个很好的发展思路。 It is worthwhile to make focused research on the transformational development of sporting goods industries in Japan. Analyzing from the perspective of oversea research achievement reviews, the present thesis sets to study on the function of cultural patterns on the transformational development of sporting goods industries in Japan, and to further analyze the innovative competence of the transforma tional development of sporting goods industries in Japan in the era of globalization,which mainly exhibits in the adaptation to the changes of post-industrial environment, the focus on marketing and brands, the in- fluence of Japanese traditional value views, the globalization of production and distribution, the transition of hierarchical system, the transformation development of family-run management, the practice of enter prises' social liabilities and so on. The results show that the sporting goods industries in Japan properly retained the traditional values of Japan in the process of globalized transformation, and that the innovation of management elements centrally reflects the cultural and social value view of Japan and positively spreads the cultural spirits of "Mizunoism" and "Asicsism", which provides an inspiring developing ap proach for the development of sporting goods industries in China.
