乳腺癌干细胞及其靶向治疗研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 乳腺癌是女性患者最常见的一种恶性肿瘤,发病率及死亡率均高居女性恶性肿瘤的首位。据统计,2008年,全球乳腺癌新发病数超过138万,死亡人数超过45万。传统治疗乳腺癌的方式包括化疗、内分泌治疗等,约对60%-80%的原发病灶及50%转移灶有效口,约20%~70%的乳腺癌患者在经系统治疗后复发嘲。复发患者中,治疗抵抗的发生率也大大增加,是造成乳腺癌患者死亡的最主要原因。越来越多的研究表明,乳腺癌干细胞是导致乳腺癌发生、发展、复发及治疗抵抗的重要原因。乳腺癌干细胞的靶向治疗将使乳腺癌的治愈成为可能。现就乳腺癌干细胞及其靶向治疗的研究进展作一简要综述。
