肌动蛋白解聚因子与细胞伪足及肿瘤侵袭转移的关系 被引量:2

摘要 恶性肿瘤的特征之一就是侵袭转移。肿瘤侵袭转移是一个多因素、多基因共同参与的复杂过程。很多研究证实,在肿瘤细胞侵袭转移的早期都会形成各种伪足(如丝状伪足、片状伪足、侵袭性伪足、足体等),其中侵袭性伪足备受关注。伪足的形成依赖于肌动蛋白聚合与解聚.而肌动蛋白聚合与解聚受肌动蛋白解聚因子(actindepolymerizingfactor,ADF)/cofilin的精细调控。
