摘要
小儿股骨头坏死又称为Pedhes病。是一种儿童常见疾病，其中每10万儿童中有10．8人患病。针对该病的诊治一直以来存在很大争议。关于该病的定义，几乎是在1910年的同一时间被德国Perthes、美国Legg和法国Calv6分别报道。尽管经过100多年对该病的病理生理、临床和影像学特征的详细描述及病因学研究，但小儿股骨头坏死的病因仍然不清楚。
