摘要
目的探讨江苏省苏州、无锡、常州地区不同性别成人血尿酸(SUA)水平与代谢综合征(MS)的关系,为有效预防和控制MS提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,于2009年3-11月在苏州、无锡、常州地区抽取年龄≥20岁的常住成人3723例进行问卷调查、体格检查及相关代谢指标测定。结果男性MS和高尿酸血症的患病率(分别为21.54%、26.95%)均明显高于女性(分别为18.31%、11.15%),差异均有统计学意义(x:值分别为5.869和140.403,P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。男性和女性MS检出率随着SUA水平的升高呈上升趋势,有统计学意义(趋势x:值分别为103.229和99.419,P〈0.01)。随着MS组分数目的增加,男性和女性SUA水平均随之增加,有统计学意义(r值分别为0.267和0.311,P〈0.01)。logistic多元回归分析结果显示,在调整年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒、文化程度等变量后,以SUA水平第1分位为参照,男性SUA水平第4分位发生MS的OR值为2.630(95%C1:1.849~3.740);女性SUA水平第4分位发生MS的OR值为2.955(95%CI:1.946~4.488)。结论无论男性还是女性,SUA水平与MS的发生均密切相关。在积极关注MS人群防控的同时,也应加强对SUA水平的监测和高尿酸血症的预防。
Objective To explore the relationship between serum uric acid (SUA) and metabolic syndrome (MS) for male and female adults of Suxichang area in Jiangsu province and to provide the basis for preventing MS. Methods In Suxiehang area, 3 723 residents ( I〉20 years old) selected by the stratified cluster random sampling method were investigated with questionnaire, physical and related metabolic parameter examinations during March to November in 2009. Results The mortalities of MS and hyperuricemia in males were 21.54% and 26.95%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those ( 18.31% and 11.15%, respectively) in females (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The detected rates of MS in males and females increased significantly with SUA level (P〈0.01). The levels of SUA in both of males and females enhanced significantly with the accumulation of metabolic syndrome components (P〈0.0 I). The multiple factor logistic regression analysis indicated that after adjusting the age, sex, smoking, alcohol consumption, education level and other variables, as compared with the first quartile of SUA, the OR values of MS in the fourth quartile for males and females were 2.630 (95%CI: 1.849-3.740) and 2.955 (95%CI: 1.946-4.488), respectively. Conclusion The SUA levels are related closely to MS in both males and females. Monitoring the SUA levels and preventing from hyperuricemia for residents should be strengthened in Suxichang area.
