风险管控在油田生产监控中的应用

THE APPLICATION OF RISK MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL IN OIL FIELD PRODUCTION MONITORING

随着智能油田建设在新疆油田公司的不断深入,油田安全生产对监控的依赖越来越大,监控人员能否及时发现并准确处理各种异常已经成为油田安全管理的一个关键性课题。针对监控中的管理问题,从工作特点和作业区的实际情况出发,介绍了风险管控的概念、要素及特点,提出了风险管控在油田安全生产中的应用对策。

With the continuous deepening of the intelligent oil field construction in Xinjiang Oilfield Company,oil production safety becomes more and more dependent on monitoring.Therefore,whether the monitoring personnel can detect various abnormal situations timely and deal with them accurately becomes one of the key subjects in oil field safety management.Aiming at the problems in the monitoring management and based on the characteristics of the work and the actual situation of the operation areas,this paper introduces the concept,elements and characteristics of risk management and control and puts forward the application countermeasures of risk management and control in the safety in production at oil fields.
