某蒸馏装置安全拆除中的工艺介质清扫处理分析

ANALYSIS ON THE PURGING TREATMENT OF PROCESS MEDIUM IN THE SAFE DEMOLITION OF CERTAIN DISTILLATION UNIT

就某蒸馏装置拆除项目的实施过程进行了介绍,分析指出了拆除过程中装置物料性质、腐蚀产物和设备布局等方面存在的风险。为防范大型填料减压塔中腐蚀产物自燃的风险,采取了减压塔钝洗、蒸汽保护、注水等安全技术措施;装置工艺管道的管线走向、流程设置等,形成了工艺介质清扫作业的难点,现场采取了有效的安全保护措施;对数量众多的换热器制订了专门吹扫方案,对位于高空平台、多组并联的空冷,则实施了整体吊装方案,实现了安全拆除。

This paper introduces the implementation process of the demolition project of certain distillation unit.Through analysis,it points out the risks existing in the material properties,by-products of corrosion,equipment layout and so on during the demolition process.In order to prevent spontaneous combustion from corrosion products in large packing vacuum distillation tower,protective measures for safety such as passivating purging of vacuum tower,steam protection,water injection and so forth are adopted.Because of the pipe route and process settings of the unit,there are some difficulties in cleaning the process medium.Effective protective measures for safety are taken on site.Special purging plan is formulated for large number of heat exchangers.For the multiple groups of parallel cooling equipments at high-altitude platform,the integral lifting scheme is carried out and safe demolition is achieved.
