摘要
近年来,全国各地多次出现轻污油罐着火爆炸事故,原因是多方面的,其中硫化亚铁氧化自燃已经引起人们高度重视,同时,控制和减轻硫化亚铁危害的管理措施也不容忽视。通过一起轻污油罐着火爆炸事故的分析,从技术上、管理上查找分析原因,并有针对性的提出了对策和措施。
Several fire and explosion accidents of the light slop tanks have occurred in China during the recent years.The causes were various,among which the spontaneous combustion of ferrous sulfide has drawn much attention.Meanwhile,it is indispensable to carry out the management measures to control and mitigate the hazard of ferrous sulfide.Through analysis on a fire and explosion accident of a light slop tank,this paper analyzes and looks into the technical and management reasons for the accident.It then presents pertinent countermeasures and measures.
