高酸原油加工含盐污水处理运行优化改造 被引量:1

摘要 针对某炼化公司原油加工过程中产生的含盐污水污染物浓度高、含盐量高、可生化性差、含盐污水处理系列运行压力大等问题,对含盐污水处理系列的运行优化改造。RBF和MBR出水基本达到设计指标,气浮出水低于设计指标,总氮和动植物油含量大幅下降。针对改造后RBF和MBR系统存在的曝气孔结垢问题,RBF微生物缺少营养物对RBF的稳定运行产生较大影响,RBF池床层污堵严重,含盐处理系列来水量大,气浮与生化处理效果差等问题,采取针对性措施进行了改进,为高酸重质原油加工产生的高浓度废水处理探索出一条有效的技术途径。 Due to the high concentration,high salt content and poor biodegradability of the saline wastewater pollutants generated in the processing of crude oil,and the high operation pressure in the salinity wastewater treatment unit,CNOOC Huizhou Refining & Petrochemicals Company has conducted an optimization reconstruction of the treatment unit.After the reconstruction,the RBF and MBR effluent can basically meet the design index; the water from air floatation is below the design index and the total nitrogen and the oil content of animal and plant is also greatly decreased.For the problems exiting in the reconstructed system,such as the aeration holes scaling,lack of nutrients in the RBF microbes affecting the RBF stable operation greatly,RBF pool bed plugging seriously,a large amount of water entering the salinity wastewater treatment unit,the flotation and poor effect of biochemical processing,this paper takes targeted measures to improve the system,which explores an effective technical approach to the treatment of high concentration wastewater produced by processing heavy crude oil with high acid.
