本文介绍了在精磨抛光机上使用固着磨料对任意曲率半径光学零件的高效单件加工,不需钢盘,对零件中心厚度可随意测量,适合于中小批量生产。
This paper has introduced a high efficieney machining method of monolithic optical component with any curvature of radius without steel disk on fine gri(?)ling polishing machine with solid abrasive. In this method, the central thickness of the component can be measured at will. It is suitable for moderate and small amount of production line.
