摘要
目的探讨高清能谱CT扫描(GSI CT扫描)在骨科患者术后检查中的应用,同时研究能谱扫描图像与普通CT扫描图像的区别。方法选取6例人工关节和10例骨折金属固定术后随访复查的患者行能谱CT扫描。再应用GSI Viewer软件进行分析,金属伪影去除处理和三维重组,以原始图像为参照,对图像质量进行比较,观察GSI图像对骨折钢板内固定术及人工关节的显示效果。结果高清能谱CT扫描图像较常规CT扫描图像的金属伪影明显减少,能够更清晰地显示人工关节的功能状况、骨折复位和内固定术的修复效果。结论高清能谱CT扫描,GSI在高的KeV区,可有效消除金属植入物伪影和射线束硬化伪影,最佳成像区间为100~140 KeV。利用GSI的合理区间可清晰显示术后的细微结构,图像质量较高。
[ Objective ] To investigate the application of High Definition Spectral CT scan(GSI CT scan) in checking patients underwent orthopedic surgery, and research on the scanning image difference between High Definition Energy Spectrum CT and Conventional CT. [ Methods ] Follow-up 6 patients with joint prosthesis and 10 cases of fracture of metal fixation selected and underwent Energy Spectrum CT examination.. Process the data by GSI Viewer software, avoiding the metal artifact, reconstructing with three-dimensional; Comparative the display quality of anatomical plate fixation and joint prosthesis GSI image. [ Resluts ] Metal artifact significantly reduced in High Definition Spectral CT, more clearly show the function of joint prosthesis, and the effects of fracture reset and internal fixation. [ Conclusion ] Metal artifact and beam-hardening can effectively removed by spectral CT when GSI in the high KeV region, the best imaging interval is 100-140keV. The high quality image can clearly show the fine structure of postoperative by using GSI reasonable interval.
