吉林市某企业215名职工脂肪肝患病情况调查分析

The fatty liver disease investigation and analysis for 215 enterprise employees in Jilin City

目的以吉林市某企业215名职工为研究对象,了解脂肪肝患病状况,分析相关危险因素。方法对215名职工进行健康体检,包括一般检查、生化检查及B超检查。应用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果脂肪肝的检出率为22.79%,肥胖的检出率为55.35%,高血压的检出率为16.74%。在脂肪肝的相关因素分析中,身体体质指数、血压、性别与脂肪肝的发生有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。结论调查显示,高血压,肥胖是导致脂肪肝发生的相关因素。

Objective In order to know the prevalence and analyze the related risk factors of fatty liver,215 employ- ees of an enterprise in Jilin City were taken as the research objects. Methods Heahh check was carried out,which involved the general inspection ,biochemical examination and B ultrasonic examination. The statistics was analyzed by the software of SPSS17.0. Results The detection rate of fatty liver,obesity and hypertension was 22.79% ,55.35% and 16.74% , respectively. Body mass index ,blood pressure and gender have significant correlation with the incidence of fatty liver （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Under 50-year-old..age group, detection rate of fatty liver among males is higher than that of females and the detection rate of fatty liver is increasing with age growing. Above 50-year-old age group, detection rate of fatty liver among females is higher than that of males. Conclusion High blood pressure, obesity are related factors affect the occurrence of fatty liver.
