摘要
用旋转直角棱镜系统可以同时替代传统f—θ透镜系统和旋转多面体反射镜两个光学部件,实现高精度的光束恒速扫描。本文对此旋转直角棱镜系统进行了较为全面的分析,主要包括原理分析,线性系数k值的确定,参数误差的影响等,并且给出了一些计算结果。
By a rotating right-angle prism system, the traditional f—θ lens system and rotated polygon mirror can be replaced to perform a high-precision constant scanning. The principle of rotating right-angle prism system, the determination of linear coefficient, k, and the affection of parameter's error are analysed more comprehensively. Some results of calculation are given.
