摘要
采用固相法合成钙铬榴石型陶瓷绿色料,主要讨论了六种单一矿化剂与二种复合添加剂对色料呈色的影响;对合成色料样品进行XRD和色度分析,优选得出最佳矿化剂的种类及其添加量。结果表明:矿化剂的效果依次为CaF2+Ca Cl2>CaF2>Na2SiF6>NaF>CaF2+KNO3>CaCl2>H3BO3>KNO3;CaF2+CaCl2复合矿化剂(两者摩尔比为1:1)添加量在6wt.%时,能合成出纯相的Ca3Cr2(SiO4)3,此时色料呈色效果最好,a*值达-23.52。
The uvarovite green ceramic pigments were synthesized through the solid-state method.The effects of six unitary and two composite mineralizers on the performance of uvarovite green ceramic pigments were investigated.The as-synthesized samples were characterized by XRD and chromatometry.The most appropriate mineralizer and the best doping amount were decided.Results show the effects of the mineralizers decrease as follows:CaF2+CaCl2>CaF2>Na2SiF6 >NaF>CaF2+KNO3>CaCl2>H3BO3>KNO3.The pure crystal phase of Ca3Cr2(SiO4) can be synthesized and the pigment exhibits the best color with the a* value at the optimal-23.52 when 6% of composite mineralizer CaF2+CaCl2 (the mole ratio is 1 ∶ 1) is added.
