摘要
为了探明水稻分蘖数的基因定位,以来自云南的地方品种Ch5—10(母本、水稻、偏籼性)和Ch6-11(父本、陆稻、偏粳性)为亲本,利用由SSD方法得到的RIL9群体构建连锁图谱,进行水稻最高分蘖数和有效分蘖数的QTL分析。结果表明,2009年和2010年其检测到9个QTLs(P〈0.01),分别位于第5、6、9、10染色体上。各位点贡献率为9%~18%。其中qMTN-6为主效QTL,可以在2个不同的生长环境中稳定表达,贡献率为18%。
In order to study the QTL of tiller number in rice,two local varieties from Yunnan province, ChS-10 (female parent, lowland line, indica type) and Ch6-11 (male parent, upland line, japon- ica type),were used as parents to create the recombinant inbred lines(RILs) for the construction of genetic linkage map. QTLs for maximum tiller number(MTN) and effective tiller number (ETN) were analyzed using F9 RILs population. Genetic analysis showed that a total of nine QTLs were identified on chromosomes 5,6, 9 and 10 for MTN and ETN in 2009 and 2010 (P〈0.01). The phenotypic variations explained by QTLs ranged from 9% to 18%. The major QTI. was qMTN ; 6 with contribution rate of 18 % ,and it was stable under two different conditions.
