伤力草水煎剂对小白鼠免疫机能的影响

Effect of Shanglicao Decoction on Rat Immune Function of Mice

为研究伤力草水煎剂对动物机体免疫机能的影响,以小白鼠为研究对象,将120只小白鼠随机分为高、中、低剂量及对照组,分别灌服15、10、5g/kg的伤力草水煎剂及生理盐水,测定免疫器官指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、E-玫瑰花环形成率。结果显示,与对照组相比,中、高剂量组小白鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数显著升高;各剂量组均能显著提高巨噬细胞吞噬率和E-玫瑰花环形成率。表明伤力草水煎剂可明显提高小白鼠机体的免疫力。

In order to study the Shanglicao decoction effect on mice immunological function, 120 mice were randomly divided into high, middle, low dose and the control group, treated with Shanglicao decoction of 15,10,5 g/kg and physiological saline. The index of immune organs, peritoneal macrophages phagocytic rate and E-rosette forming rate were calculated. The results showed that, compared with the control group, in the high and middle dose group of mice, the thymus index and spleen index increased significantly; every dose group could significantly increase the percentage of phagocytosis of macrophages and E-rosette forming rate. Shanglicao decoction can significantly improve the immunological function of mice.
