摘要
分别用经表面改性和未经表面改性的金刚石微粒制备电镀金刚石工具。通过扫描电子显微镜观察工具的表面形貌。对陶瓷材料进行钻削加工,测试两种不同金刚石微粒所制备的工具的使用寿命及性能。结果表明:用经表面改性的金刚石制备电镀金刚石工具,金刚石与镍-钴镀层间的界限消失,并有一些分散的镍钴连接点生长在金刚石与镀层的结合面上,形成镀层与金刚石微粒间的金属键结合;其陶瓷材料去除体积是未经表面改性金刚石电镀钻头的1.6倍,明显提高了电镀金刚石工具的磨削性能和使用寿命。
The electroplated diamond tools were prepared by using surface-modified and surfaceunmodified diamond particles respectively.The surface morphology of the prepared tools was observed with SEM.The service life and performance of the tools prepared with these two different kinds of diamond particles were tested by ceramic drilling and cutting processes.It is shown that for the electroplated diamond tools prepared with surface-modified diamond particles,the boundaries between diamond particles and Ni-Co coating disappear and there are some scattered Ni-Co joints growing on the joint surface between diamond and coating,forming metallic bonding between coating and diamond particles; its ceramic removing volume is 1.6 times of that of electroplated bit containing surfaceunmodified diamond particles,obviously improving the cutting performance and service life of electroplated diamond tools.
