摘要
以3种不同熟期的马铃薯为材料,研究了赤霉素(GA3)对马铃薯生长与开花的影响,旨在为马铃薯杂交育种、花期调控提供参考依据。结果表明:GA3能促进马铃薯植株的生长,使叶片叶绿素下降,能促进开花性弱的早熟材料开花,提前并延长开花性强的中晚熟材料的花期。
In order to provide references for the regulation of flowering time in conventional sexual hybridization of potato, effects of GA3 on growth and flowering of three potato varieties with different maturation period were studied. The results showed that GA3 treatment could promote plant growth and decrease the content of chlorophyll, also could promote the flowering habit of early maturing variety and prolong the flower season of mid-late maturity varieties.
