由宜兴市星光陶瓷研究所研发的XG-501铬缸走位剂,是一种单一添加的走位剂。它具有主盐的质量浓度低、光亮范围宽、电流效率高、操作温度低但范围宽、沉积速率快、覆盖能力优良、杂质容忍度高等优点。原来没有添加过稀土添加剂或其他添加剂的镀铬液转缸方便,添加XG-501铬缸走位剂的镀液对工件有良好的活化作用,单一开缸及补充,使用极为方便,管理容易。

XG-501 chrome bath change agent developed by Yixing Xingguang Ceramics Research Institute is a single-adding change agent.It has the advantages of low mass concentration of main salt,wide brightening range,high current efficiency,low but wide-range operation temperature,high deposition rate,excellent covering ability,high impurity tolerance,etc.It is easy to make bath change for the chromium plating bath without any added rare earth additives or other additives.The plating solution to which XG-501 bath change agent is added has a good activating effect on workpiece.It is extremely easy to use and manage for single bath starting or bath make-up.
