摘要
随着"指纹"的概念在诸多领域的引入,涌现出多种指纹图谱技术。将指纹图谱区分为以生物大分子作为检测对象的生物指纹图谱和以植物中提取的化学成分为检测对象的化学指纹图谱。并对不同的指纹图谱技术的概念、应用范围和差异等方面进行综述。同时对不同的指纹图谱技术在植物种质资源中的应用情况进行总结。
With the introducion of fingerprint concept into many fields, fingerprinting technology has developed various forms. The fingerprinting was classified into biological fingerprint which took the biological maeromolecules as test object and chemical fingerprint which took the chemical components extracted from the plant as the test ohjeet. The origin, application range, differences and other aspects of fingerprinting techniques were reviewed in this paper. In addition, the application of different fingerprinting techniques in plant germplasm resources was summarized.
