平遥城内古街巷名文化内涵探析

The Cultural Connotation Analysis of Streets and Alleys' Name in Ancient City Pingyao

相对于行政区划而言,街巷的名称是比较固定的。它的形成是一个长期的、复杂的思维过程,是分析、归纳,进而概念化的结果。考其本源,绝大多数的街巷名是居民在生产、生活中约定俗成的,于是它也就同时具有了社会性、时代性、民族性、地域性等特点。平遥古城历史悠久,城中的街巷自然也具有深厚的历史文化内涵、独特的地理文化内涵以及质朴的乡土文化内涵。文章主要从街巷的命名、分类入手,对其中语言、民俗、历史等方面的内涵进行分析,以便更好地发掘和利用。

Compared with administrative division,the names of streets and alleys are relatively fixed. Their formations is a long - term and complex thinking process, and it is the result of analysis, induction and conceptualization. Taking an examination of their origins, the vast majority of the names of streets and alleys are came out during inhabitants＇ production and their daily life. So at the same time, they also have the characteristics of sociality, modernity, nationality and localization etc. The Ancient city of Pingyao has a long history, the streets within Pingyao naturally have their profound historical culture connotation, their unique geographical culture connotation, as well as the rustic local culture connotation. This article begin with the naming and classification of the street and alleys, and deeply ana- lyze the connotations in their language, folklore and history, in order to better explore and exploit.
