摘要
在现行高等教育中,公立高校教师体现出了不同于民办高校教师的特点。针对这些特点,从学校和教师两方面采取有效措施构建心理契约,可以更好的达到人力资源的追求与个人职业生涯追求之间的平衡,建立一种学校与教师双赢的合作伙伴关系,进而实现学校与教师的共同成长。
In the higher education nowadays, public university teachers are possessed with different characteristics as compared with private university teachers. Therefore, either the university or the teachers shall take effective measures such as construction of psychological contract to strike a proper balance between the pursuit of human resources and that of personal career and set up a win-win partnership between teachers and university for the mutual progress.
